YOU WILL NEED:
SPACE:
The recommended minimum footprint for SMARTS Interactive is H:2.7m W:2.0m D:3.0m. Installations in venues with less head room are possible by offsetting the TV screen. If you are unsure about whether your space is suitable for our equipment, please get in touch and a member of the team will be happy to help. As well as considering the dimensions of the equipment itself, make sure you have enough space for guests to place food and drinks to really supercharge your sales.
POWER & DATA:
You will be responsible for providing the appropriate number of power and data (RJ45/ethernet) sockets per system. Please note that the requirements vary depending on the product and package selected. Data is required to manage sessions at the lane, send back utilisation and diagnostic data and to allow remote updates of the system. Please let us know in advance of any network requirements such as the white listing of devices.
CONSOLE HOUSING:
The console needs to be securely mounted at an angle that makes it easy to operate and capture player photographs. We recommend fully encasing the console to protect the cable inputs. Our turnkey solution features the pictured black metal casing with integrated stand. This can be purchased as in individual item if required.
BOARD LIGHTING:
Illuminating the board and creating the right ambience are crucial to delivering a great game play and guest experience. If you're looking for an off the shelf solution, we recommend the Unicorn Solar Surround which can be purchased directly from us.
SCREEN PROTECTION:
Wayward darts and TV screens do not mix so it's prudent to use some form of shielding. We can supply strap on acrylic protectors in a range of sizes or you could incorporate protection into a custom built unit. Be sure to use anti-glare plastic if you go for a custom build.
WALL PANEL:
A wall panel can take many forms but we recommend building one so you have a nice flat surface to mount your board on and a cavity behind to run cabling. Your wall panel might be a new stud wall in front of an existing wall or a smaller unit that sits between the lane divider and TV screen.
LANE DIVIDER:
The lane divider should be designed to suit the theming of your venue. Typically, the lane divider is used as a mounting point for the console unit while also serving as a handy conduit for the system cabling.
A tech pack installation is the best way to assimilate our products into your brand. Combined with our customisation options, our systems can fully reflect the unique personality of your venue. Check out these examples:
